Rewards Code Trouble Shooting Guide

From time to time consumers receive an incorrect code error due to confusion between the way a character appears in the code on the package and what the character was intended to be.
Before you re-enter your code, please review this list and check your package to see if any of these characters appear in your code. If so, you may want to try entering the code again replacing your character with the one that we find it to be commonly confused with. |

| * Note – each alpha character within your code will appear in upper case. To avoid further confusion, we have used lower case in this troubleshooting guide. You may use either lower case or upper case characters when you enter your codes. |
