    Nature Made® Subscribe & Save is an easy way to set up home delivery on a regular schedule so that your supplements are delivered to your door when you need them. This offers products at a 10% discount plus free shipping* on all subscription deliveries. It’s easy to set up, easy to change, and easy to cancel. Give it a try!
  • Which supplements are eligible for Subscribe & Save?

    Nature Made® supplements with a one-time purchase price of $11 or more per unit are available for our Subscribe & Save program.
  • How do I set up Subscribe & Save?

    Subscribing is easy! When viewing your desired product, select “Subscribe & Save” instead of “One-Time Order” and select your delivery schedule in the drop-down box, either every 30, 45, 60 or 90-days. When done, click “Add to cart” and your item is ready for purchase at a 10% discount. You can either check out or add other items to your cart. Before checking out, create a free Nature Made® account to easily manage your subscriptions.
  • How does subscription shipping work?

    When you purchase one or more products on a subscription, you will automatically get free shipping on every delivery. Orders that ship outside of the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii & APO/DPO/FPO, will be charged $8 for shipping. The subscribe & save offer excludes tax and is subject to change.
  • Do I have to create a Nature Made® account to use?

    You do not have to create an account to use our Subscribe and Save service. Without an account, you will check out as a guest and then access your subscriptions through a link that will be emailed to you after purchase. To make any changes, you will need to use that same link to access the subscriptions page. However, creating an account on Nature Made® is free and will allow you to easily manage your subscriptions as well as your preferred payment method and delivery address all in one place.
  • Can I make changes to my subscriptions?

    Yes! You can make changes to your subscribed items at any time, either by skipping a delivery, changing the frequency, or adding or removing items.
  • How do I change my subscription order frequency?

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Log into your account
    2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
    3. Click “Subscriptions”
    4. Click on the yellow box “Manage Subscriptions”
    5. Scroll down to “Delivery Every” and click “Edit”
    6. Use the drop down to select your shipping frequency (30, 45, 60 90 days)
    7. Click “Update”. Of note, this update will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. If you would like to make an update to your current order, please email us at info@naturemade.com.
  • How do I change my next order date?

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Log into your account
    2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
    3. Click “Subscriptions”
    4. Click on the yellow box “Manage Subscriptions”
    5. Scroll down to “Next Shipment” and click on “Edit”
    6. Select your Next Ship Date
    7. Click “Update Next Shipment Date” (Or you can select “Order Now” to process your next order today). Of note, this update will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. If you would like to make an update to your current order, please email us at info@naturemade.com.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Log into your account
    2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”

  • How to remove an item from my subscription?

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Log into your account
    2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
    3. Click “Subscriptions”
    4. Click on the yellow box “Manage Subscription” for the item you wish to remove 
    5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Cancel Subscription”. Of note, this update will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. If you would like to make an update to your current order, please email us at info@naturemade.com.
  • How do I add items to my subscription?

    You can easily add items to a subscription. On the subscription page, click “Add Product” to add additional items for your next delivery. You can also remove items from your subscription in your account. Please contact our Customer Care Team at info@naturemade.com if you need assistance.
  • What's the difference between One Time Purchase (OTP) and Subscribe & Save (SS)?

    When you are on a product page, you can select either a one-time purchase (OTP) or subscribe & save (SS). The OTP item(s) in your cart are subject to shipping costs of $8 if your total is under $25, and free if over $25. All SS item(s) in your cart, regardless of price, will receive 10% off and free shipping* and are set up based on your preferred delivery schedule. Your cart can have a combination of OTP and SS products, depending on your needs.
  • Can I have multiple subscriptions?

    Yes, you can. We realize that not all products will be needed on the same schedule. That’s why you can create subscriptions for different delivery periods, whether it’s 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. With our service, you can set up what you need, when you need it, for as long as you need.
  • What products are available for Nature Made® Subscribe & Save?

    Currently, Nature Made® items regularly priced above $16 are available for our Subscribe & Save service, including new Nature Made® Wellblends™. Items regularly priced between $11-$16 are available as part of a 2-pack subscription, and items priced below $11 are only available as a one-time purchase.
  • Why am I unable to login to my account?

  • Why did my subscription price change?

    In order to ensure the same level of high quality, prices for subscribed products may change due to increased operating costs. If prices change, you will receive an email noting the total amount to be charged prior to charging your payment method on file for the applicable subscription order and thereafter.
